This was in a game room Total Confinement for a few years. Works. Changed to Octo relay board with sound board 8 months ago. We use these new board in almost everything as you can take items out of game or chain them, or work them independanly, etc (old board xxxx the bed). 
The chair has 2 foot pressure plates, a seat pressure plate, a back pressure plate and two hand touching hand sensors. Wires are ran and ready to hook to light if you wanted to show they are pressing on right area independantly or chained together. There is sound in the chair as well for thatrical use.
